The grand opening of the 2013 Cannes Film Festival was greeted by heavy downpour which left several A-list celebrities including Leonardo DiCaprio drenched and clutching umbrellas as they made their way across the sodden red carpet. Fred Nuamah-Founder of Ghana Movie Awards joined a tall list of celebrities
such as Nicole Kidman, Cindy Crawford, Leonardo DiCaprio, Jury
President Steven Spielberg, director-Andy Lee, actor-Jimmy Jean Louis
and others for the opening of this year’s festival. The 66th edition of
the prestigious Cannes Film Festival started 15th May and will close on 26th May, 2013.
